Hey I am looking at buying a 4th gen Tahoe and I am trying to figure out if there is a year that stands out from the rest? For example is there a year that has a better engine or transmission? From what read on Wiki is that it wasn't until 2018 that the Tahoe had a 6.2l option or you could go with a 2008 3rd gen and get a 6.2l. Is there a year known for electrical issues or something like that? What is the best year?

 

Typically the last 2 years of any model design is the better ones because they finally figure the problems created by the first few years.
