Default Blender doors actuators and heating

Hi guys, during the whole winter I had issues with heating my 04 suburban, bought some new blower motors, resistors, flushed the heating lines etc, had some effect though but still, not as it should be. So couple of days ago I've recieved my new front and rear heater cores ( it takes 2-3 weeks to get desired parts here in northern Europe) and approximately same time I've lost any heat again, okay, I thought front core got clogged completely and today I've began a long dash disassembly process using YouTube as a Santa's little helper and thats when i found out about blender door actuators so now i have more questions than when i started.

1) Could it be a bad actuator leaving me with no heating, because in and out hoses are actually hot, but vents blow cold?

2) Could anyone tell me how many of them do i have (front dual zone automatic climate ) rear 1 zone manual controls on the roof and digital on the console of 2nd row of seats and which regulates what? ( At least one of them is clicking)

3) my rear blower never actually worked except couple of times when it started blowing all of a sudden for short period of time, new blower and resistor didn't help. I've got power approx 8volts on the max speed from both controls and less according to fan speed but the fan doesn't spin at all, what could be the problem?
Thanks.

Does it ever blow the air you want when selected, i.e. a/c on cold, heat on warm? If so, does it blow opposite, and shuting of the truck, restarting it corrects the air you want?

It blows only warm, so seems the heat/cold actuator is stuck in one position, also not sure but seems out starts clicking when you change temperature more. So which one is the heat actuator? Are there 2 if them of i have a dual zone automatic climate?

You can check out AutoZone.com or lmctruck.com where they can give you information on the locations, and parts needed
