Default Burb Wipers Dont Stop 1990

My wipers dont turn off nor run on intermitant. I pulled the cover off the wiper motor expecting to see the pulse board and nothing there. A limit switch is the only item under the wiper motor cover. Any suggestions on what to look for next? This seems to be one off from everything I have found on the net so far.

If it's like my 93 there's a separate control board module. Mine is about center on the firewall.

Im back at atempting to fix the intermitant wipers problem. The auto parts store only has the pulse module that attaches to the wiper motor list in thier books. I checked the firewall and found only two relays on the fire wall (see photos attached). Checked the manual and the switch it does have intermitant wipers. Could one or both relays be what i should replace?

I'd start by making sure the switch is not the issue, verify that if its off there is no power coming out of it...
Start at the motor and work your way back to see where the power should be off and its still on...
A relay could be stuck....
