Default Electrical problems, 03 Tahoe

Hello, I have a few electrical problems I would like to fix with my 2003 Tahoe. If anyone can give me some guadance on these, I would appreciate it.

Today the fuel gauge went berserk. The guage read 1/2, and the low fuel light came on, with the chime. I filled it up, and now the needle is off the guage to the right. With the ignition off, the needle rests at the "full" mark, rather than "empty" like it did before.

It keeps blowing the fuse for the rearview mirror, which causes the airbag warning light to come on. My guess is the sensor in the passenger seat gets power from that fuse, as the passenger airbag on/off light is on the mirror. Is this a common problem, and is there an easy fix?

The tach also doesn't work. Any common problems to cause this?

Thanks,

Tom
