Am i correct that the front hubs of my 03 burban are an easy pull off put onn fix? No bearings to pack just take bad ones off and replace with new ones?

 

You are correct.....a bit of a pain if you have 4WD as the CV Shaft likes to get really stuck in the hub

 

yeah that's what i have u just hit it with a hammer correct?

 

When I did mine i had to heat the bolts up with a torch.

 

Use an impact wrench for the bolts and yes, just a tap with a hammer should do it.

 

This special tool helps a ton....



But if you don't have one, hammer and a punch will have to do.
Put the punch in vise grips so you don't smash your hand.
And don't hit the shaft directly with the hammer, you could damage the threads and end up changing the shaft
