Anyone know what I need to do to be able to have my brights on while the fog lamps are on too?

find the highbeam power wire at the headlight, splice into it using solder and heat shrink and hook it up to your foglights check the amp rating of the foglights and add that # to the amperage on your highbeam circuit and put in appropriate fuse with the correct amperage for both, but keep in mind that when the fog lights are on, the highbeams will be too, it works both ways so beef up the fog light fuse too

Install a relay is the safest way. That way you are using existing wiring.

I didnt have fog lights on 97 Tahoe but I did use a relay to wire up my Hi and Lo beams so when the high beams were on the lows stayed on also...
I don't know if I would do that with the NBS as they generate a lot of heat but having the fogs on with the Hi's should'nt be an issue thou you might see some dimming when coming to a stop or at low engine RPM's
