Default Heated seats issue.

Hey all, new here so looking for some help with heated seats on 03 Tahoe. I just bought it recently. At first the driver seat would just click off after being on and the passenger seat worked. Found a burnt heating element on the back of the driver seat. Swapped it for a new one. Now neither side will light up at all. They have to response to any of the buttons. All other functions of both seats work. Adjustable pedals however only move about 3/4 of a inch. Looks like the switch has continuity across all of the buttons. Haven’t checked much else. Any help would be appreciated!

Pretty sure they’re all good. I’ve checked everything I can think of that’s associated. But to be sure what all fuses should be checked. Also I wasn’t sure if there was a relay associated with them or just the whole seat.
