hey im a chevrolet parts guy. looked up your problem in gm service information. looks like ot could be 1 of 2 things. if you have navigation they say there is a software issue and the engineering is currently working on a fix for it. whith this mp3 wave thats going through america it shouldnt be too long because they want to keep up with demand(if they cant produce a part to keep up with demand they lose money). gm doesnt like to lose money. the other is that gm radios are not compatible with all flash drives. i could not find the list of compatible drives although they do have one for mp3 players. if you need any more help pm me or email me. jhughes@stonebriarchevrolet.com

well thanks for the info, but the first time i used the flash drive i had like 300 songs without any folders, but now i deleted them and created 8 folders and put them in again , so folders r not supported? i have another question for you

how many cd's i can put inside my tahoe cd drive? if more than one then can you tell me how?

and how can i get the navigation cd out? is there a special way?

thanks for your replay and sorry for my bad english

regards.

ok asked a salesman. he said that if you have nav you will only have a single disc cd player because there isnt enough room for nav an 6 disc. to eject the nav disc you have to go to the lower right hand corner of the screen and it should say eject or eject disc. you may have to be in menu mode and you cannot be driving (or be in park) to get it do eject. no problem and dont worry about the bad english mines no better.

You eject the nav disc from the screen where you change regions....
It is a touch screen button and not a hard button...
