thanks for the clues. Went through your investigation. Mine was the fresh air intske cover seal. Checked sunroof drain - no. Had windshield actually replaced - only way to rule our (warranty so no cost) pulled fan for investigation. Finally pulled windshield wipers and cowling and found seal leaking directly down into fresh air intake. Yes fresh air intake cover with bad seal and note opening to hvac directly below
i tried everything and finally this was my problem. Put a freah bead of silicon around it and no leaks since
