Default NAV / BOSE Audio Question

Yes, another Navigation/Bose audio question....
It seems that my nav unit has less bass on the FM tuner side of things than any other source, including AM, CD, and XM. With every other source, you can TELL there is a subwoofer in the console, on the FM, its just "kind of" there. I have had the unit replaced and also asked the dealer to make sure it has the latest version of the software loaded (2.75) and they said that it has it. Any suggestions? Anyone else notice this? Any way to get chevy to make a software update that might correct this.

Thanks!
Stephen

Of course I searched before I posted...
It does not suffer from the low volume issue.. I was more interested in trying to get GM to maybe take a look at the software for the navigation heads and possibly see if there was an error in the DSP coding... We know what the system is capable of, but it just doesnt perform. I did not mention I actually measured the voltage and resistance off the line going to the sub, and found a substantial difference between FM radio and all other sources (confirming I am not just crazy)

No offense intended its just most newbies just post. Anyway, there are several others posters here very knowledgeable on this subject. You may also want to pm ZX1100F1. He may have some insight that others are not aware of (Like he usually does). Good Luck
