You could try to disconnect the radio for a few minutes if you haven't tried that already. That may reset it

Yeah, I tried that. Is there no way in hell to get behind the screen manually so I can put the disc in? That's all I want. Frustrating. Everything else works.

I tried for about 10 minutes on the last radio I worked on to pry the screen out to get the nav disc out. I had no luck whatsoever....thought I was gonna snap the hinge on it.

Yeah, I just tried. Didn't really seem like a very good idea.

Feel free to call me an idiot if it's appropriate. I read that it takes these things roughly 30 minutes to initialize if you put it in a new truck and they haven't had power. I haven't had this thing plugged in for anywhere near 30 minutes at a time, I just hook it up and play with it and then take it inside because I don't want it sitting in my truck half installed. Could this be the problem??? I'm doubtful, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm going to NY next week for vacation, and the TVandNAV2Go guy in Brooklyn is going to be kind enough to take it apart and help me out. He said it's possible the plug that gives the motor power came loose, or the tracks could be twisted.
