Congrats on your purchase. I haven't heard of any storage organizers specifically designed for our vehicles.

Pics soon please

Congrats on the HOE!, I feel the same way about the older 07's I personally like the monochromatic look instead of all the chrome, just my personal preference as well. I too have been looking to upgrade my 2001 tahoe with a black on black LTZ 2007. I found an LT-3 with pretty much the same options as an LTZ (atleast the options that matter-nav,leather,20' wheels....) Anyway after long shoppping the used market all over the country, I found this one in my back yard for 35,800 and I pick it up on tuesday.

So congrats on your new HOE I know I will enjoy mine.

I've been thinking the same thing about the center console. It's a big black hole that swallows up lots of stuff that's really hard to find afterward. The Escaldes have a two-level cover (top opens to a shallow tray, or the tray can stay latched to the top and you get the main compartment). I don't think it will easily retrofit to a Tahoe (or my Av), and I've seen some folks comment that it was a bit flimsy. So, no good solution yet.

BTW, MO & KS have really cracked down on tint. (35% min) []

The 20% is pretty good at night (had the same on my previous 'Hoe), however when you're driving in rain or snow and makinga left hand turn at an intersection, you need to be aware and extra careful for pedestrians.

So far, the police don't seem to mind 20% up here - they go after the geniuses who think they can drive around with 5% and not be noticed by the cops.

BTW - back in '88 or so, when the IROCs had those monster 50-series tires, I thought they were the greatest! So I guess I'm showing my age as well.
