Rear hatch wont stay up

For the most part, yes, however keep in mind the rear hatch is considerably heavier so have a 2x4 handy or a helper to support the hatch while you replace them one at a time...
I'll say it even to just to be on the safe side, don't support the hatch in the open position with a 2x4 or anything for that matter using the glass as the supporting surface....
