Default Rear LED tails on hybrids

Can they be installed on a regular Tahoe?

I was wondering the exact same thing? Although, it looks like only the top half of the assembly contains LED's, correct?

No, the top and bottom are LED and the center back up is a bulb. I was wondering if the connections to the housing and Tahoe's harness mate. If they do then it is a plug and play.

You could go to a dealer that will let you take one for a test drive by yourself. Pull over remove the tail light and take a look.

Unless you are really sold on them, there are other options that are probably cheaper. For instance, Eagle Eyes are ~$250 at Custom Creations.

I would imagine that the same harness is in the Hybrid and Non-Hybrid models. Usually lighting harnesses do not change between build packages...
I could be wrong though, just thought I'd inject my idea.

Wow Marc. They look good. Kinda reminiscent of the 88-99 C/K sereis models with the location and shape of the b/u light.
