Default Stuck gas pedal when hot and A/C on idle

This is my mom Tahoe she bought it new and now it has this problem
that when the truck is in traffic with the A/c on it get the Pedal stuck and when it the weather get to be like 101F it get super hard.

what could the problem be and another question what is the Rpm when idling? I went to get my ABS light fixed and that guy at the dealer said that i run low on the RPM @500 he said the normal is 800Rpms but has been doing that since we got it?

Try cleaning the throttle body with carb cleaner or equivalent.

For a slight moment there, shark, i thought you were gonna ask how old his mom was.

Dont those 2001 series use vacuum hoses for the cruise control?

What is Seafoam? I read about it , since it turns out to be very fun to pour into your exhaust and make smoke. But I cant seem to find any dutch translation for that anywhere. (sorry if I'm going kind of side topic here)
