I had planned to bid on the rear myself. I happened to be away from PC when it ended. I actually just forgot about it. I want a rear so I can try and paint it. I am making a post now showing the 3 emblems I have and want to know which one everyone thinks looks better.

That is my plan also.
I had it with less than one minute. It only went for $15.50 plus $5 shipping. It was the entire rear assembly, chrome surround and all. I was real disappointed. I was watching and refreshing every ten seconds. I would have gladlypaid more.

I wouldnt have paid any more so I wouldnt have won. If someone cant get us a part number I will get it from the dealer. If it is priced the same as the front, I can probably get it for 25. We just need a part number.

Does anyone have a complete rear bowtie emblem they want to part with? I am looking for the factory rear emblem? If you have taken it off and replaced it with an aftermarket one please let me know asap. Thanks.

Thanks for the good info...I used 20lb. mono and a heat gun and in about 20 minutes I have a clean Tahoe!! I used WD-40 for the gunk clean up.
Now ...does anybody know about the rear boe tie.....is it just tape or does it have thru bolts holding it on??

Tape, but it also has a hole for the peg on the emblem to line up on.
