Default Taillights

Hello, so I have replaced all my bulbs, checked the fuses and the harness. Brake lights work, turn signal works, taillights don't work. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome from Florida. Did you check the sockets for the bulbs to make sure they make good contact with the bulbs? Check the wires under the truck. Did you check the fuses in the fuse box inside the truck?

I checked the park lamp fuses, the wires underneath dont seem to be bad, but they were a little wet from the rain we had. However the turn signals work and the brake lights work.
