Sabr........I don't think those harnesses would work. They are a "Y" adaptor for bluetooth kits, which means they interupt the speaker leads.....which are not in the brown connector

If not I will send it back and try something else

either way, I will let 'yall know when my 'kit' is available on ebay lol

Default harness

that harness does not have the green/white wire of the VSS... sending it back and working on a new one... ugh... i did mean time get my overly active LED tail lights to now blink at a normal rate!!!

Default VSS wire

If I splice a switch on this guy:

http://www.efiparts.de/files/2007TahoeVSSwire.pdf

will that cut the wire to the head unit or not?

well, crap that won't work huh?!

ok, you said BACK of the left foot panel, no wonder I couldn't find it! I did pull it out, but I will flip it over maybe 2marow...

hopefully 2marow I can stop by the dealer and get the VSS connector into the radio, and possibly they'd let me rummage around the connector trays to find the female version, which I know HAS to exist.... i found a pdf of the company that makes them.

http://www.powerandsignal.com/docs/C...o100Header.pdf

I will get this no spice VSS mod done one way or another!!! lol

Default Harness

after MUCH searching online I was able to find a place that sold me the harness to the lockpick w/out the actual lock pick, as that costal tech place was being a mother f.... they wouldn't sell me just the harness?! wtf?! so, it should be delivered Thursday... late night... signature required $45. free shipping... if it has what I need I will post it up!

Even at $45 + $4 switch = $200 LESS than lockpick... so we see!
