Ok I fixed the miss. When I had the intake manifold off, I had the distributaries cap out. So I loosened the bolt in it and turned it some and the miss went away. It must off not been alined right.
Also I did the radiator pressure test and I found a small leak coming from the top radiator hose. Where it sits on the thermostat housing. So far it runs like a champ now.
