Default Window switches reprogrammed??

I just replaced the driver and passenger window switches on my 08 tahoe with the same part number switches from another tahoe the same year, evertything works as advertised except the memory seat function. I checked with two dealers and these switches are supposed to be programmed for each vehicle at a cost of around $100?

My question is, is there any other way to program these switches or at least a way to get the memory seats functioning again without dropping an easy $100 to dealer for about 5 minutes of work??

We had to do the same for the master control but I dont remember having to pay to get reprogrammed. We just had to get there early Saturday right as they opened. And still the rear windows wouldn't work until after a couple days. The service guy just told us to wait and wait for it to adapt to the car...

What ticked us is that the master control got wet and nothing worked but the drivers window. Apparently it has a fail safe to allow only the drivers to work. So if it works, why wont it do the rest?? Then when we got the new part, everything worked BUT THE DRIVER WINDOW! WTF!!!! That was aggravating...
