2007 suburban 2nd row seats stuck on the floor

2007 suburban 2nd row seats stuck on the floor
Hi,
i have a suburban 2007 LTZ with a stuck 2nd row seat.
It is a powered captains chair which is stuck on the floor.
I already tried WD40 and removed both plastic trims to check the wires.
The hook on the left facing the opposite seat can me moved manually with some tools like a screwdriver but the side facing the door won't move at all.
It seems like there is some kind of lock. I already made sure that the wire is loose.
Can anybody give me some advise how to release that hook without using a grinder?
