How to remove a starter and where to begin from a 2002 chevy tracker v6 please any help would be great. Having issues starting when I turn key it just give a short fast clicking noise an that is all. Just replaced the battery so I know that's not the issue now.

 

The V6 starter is held in by two bolts and two electrical connections.


The bolts go through the bell housing.



The starter will come out the top of the engine bay if you can twist it around enough. It's a very tight fit but it can be wiggled out.
