Sorry for the delay in my response a friend is let me borrow his snap on advantage tester but I have a little to no experience with it but it’s fairly self-explanatory and it does have the oscilloscope feature. Hopefully today I will be able to successfully run the test and get back with you as soon as possible, thanks for your help to be continued

good evening i just did as requested and the results were as i predicted, a little sign of life followed by a backfire! this is exactly what happened at the shop, and they said timing chain ,even after performing a compression test for them. compression all cylinders were above 175 psi .I put a new set of chains on and had all the techs check my timing marks.so i would be surprised if timing chain is the problem.

I did notice a lot of unusual noise coming from intake side while cranking. And i just remembered that i had the EGR valve off and cleaned the entire system to get rid of a code for emission inspection which it went the 100 miles and passed. But it wasn't long after that when the no start happened ????
