Here are some pictures of what is damaged , is there any best solution to this?
I was trying to find the whole lower piece rear bumper that connects that looks like it all one piece, just having trouble what that would be called. nay suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Depends on quality you want. You can always get a hold of a local pick a part place and trying to locate a "new" bumper and have it repainted. Another option would be contacting you local body shop and seeing what they would charge to paint one for you then get online and have a new bumper shipped to your door.
I think it is called the bumper cover or rear bumper valence. Hope this is what you were looking for? Good luck.
