NO HEAT ISSUE! What could be wrong. None of the actuators work in the vehicle for the recirculation, ac/heat or the mode actuator. AC and air will blow but no heat. Coolant is full and its not the heat core. We've tried to re calibration process also. It used to not blow any air at all and has the abs and brake light on constantly. The mechanic we went to took the brown wire at the fuse box under the seat and put a fuse with power to it and now it blows but its just cold air. What could it be?

 

My son's 2014 LTZ Captiva was stuck in cold only and actuators wouldn't move but checked ok when power applied.
Just removed XM/HVAC/DLC 15 amp fuse in the pass. side fuse box for 1 minute. Fixed it for now. Brought everything in the HVAC control back.

 

Do you have manual sliders or automatic climate control?
