2016 Traverse have no sound for turn signal flashers radio speakers door chimes been told the amp goes bad for these??? does that amp need programed by dealer after a new one is installed or if get one off amazon?

 

I put an amp in my 08 nox right after buying it new. Didn't need to program anything. The only problem is the turn signals and warning signal is louder.
