Hard Brake Pedel after cruise ONlY. Tap once, brakes go back to normal. Does NOT happen when NOT in cruise. Not the vacuum pump, replaced. I can't be the only person this has happened to. Four trusted mechanics have tried to resolve. May be master cylinder but don't want to replace that unless SURE will correct since it's pricey. Thanks in advance for any advice or same experience.
