Are you a ASE service writer??.
The problem is that the AC drain doesn't protrude far enough out of the firewall - in my van the entire bottom of the centre console is pretty much rusted out because of this, the salt on the floor and all the water leaking back in.. When the AC is running, and especially if you're parked facing uphill at a stop, the water drips out of the tube, and runs back along the outside of the tube back through the rubber grommet in the firewall, and back into the cabin floor... I'm pretty sure there's a thread on this forum about repairing this, sealing the grommet better etc. but my quick and easy fix was to cut a 3" piece of rubber hose (I forget what the diameter is, I used a piece of old power steering hose I had kicking around, so just take a measurement and buy a little piece) and sticking it over the drain tube in the firewall. if the piece of hose has a slight curve to it, and points down - all the better.

Took a piece of 5/8 cooling hose and a hose clamp about 2 in 3 inches long and clamped it to the end of the condensate drain tit. Condensate drain drains perfectly make sure the clamp is very tight. I hope this helps somebody
