Was on empty, moving van in the driveway. Turned key, tried to turn over, put putted then went dead and security system went nuts. Horn honked and doors locked. Filled it with gas. Now nothing comes on at all in the dash. Turn key and pump won’t even come on. Any way to get it started?

 

Could it be that you didn't run out of gas, but there is a possible electrical problem?
Check,,,,,,,,,,,,,,means remove clean and reinstall all the ground connections you can see in the engine compartment starting with the battery cable connections.
