Part #4 in the middle of the picture. The canister is #11. (view is from front/drivers side/bottom)

Just an FYI, for 2006 model Uplander, replacing the EVAP Purge Solenoid can be done without having to drop the fuel tank. If enough people inquire, I will post my experience including pics and directions.
It was a simple installation, yet slightly frustrating in many ways.
