I have this problem as well. I believe it was caused when my son put a DVD in there upside down. We got an error unrecognized disc and it wouldn’t spit it back out for three hours. The DVD player eventually kicked the disc out. So I go to try and put a disc in there, but now it won’t suck it in. I started hitting random buttons as if that ever helped and now it’s flashing on both DVD and RSA. I think it thinks I’m in program mode. So for one, HOW DO YOU GET IT OUT OF PROGRAM MODE?
