Default Stabilitrak vs AWD

I'm about to buy an Uplander, but I can't decide between All Wheel Drive (AWD) and Stabilitrak (you can't get both). My location gets a fair amount of rain, and some snow, so either would be useful. Can anyone point me to any reviews that specifically compare the differences between these?

AWD kicks the living crap outta stabilitrak

its on every review ever made about this subject
i looked right into it before buying mine about a month ago..

it does/has everything stabilitrak has including traction control..
but it doesn it with all four wheels..

if you can find a good AWD
grab it
