does your fob lock and unlock your doors.there could be a corroded or broken power wire for the power sliding door circuit.do you have two power sliding doors.you didn,t mentioned that and what year is your vehicle.if you pull on the handle for the sliding door it should open if working correctly.i have a 05 chevy uplander that had a broken or should i say a corroded power wire that i found on the passenger side lower pillar.it was causing my power rear quarter windows not to work.if your fuses are good it could be anything form a bad power sliding door module, broken wire and more.even with the fob out of the picture and if the power sliding doors work the way they should.you should be able to open the doors with the switches in the overhead counsel or by pulling on the exterior handles and the doors should work like normal.also you should be able to use the switches mounted on the pillars behind the driver and passenger seats to open the doors if everything works as it should.
