2000 Mini Van Traction Control and ABS

I have a 2000 Venture Van that has 150,000 miles on it. The service control traction and ABS warning lights comes on when the steering wheel is turned to a sharp right or sharp left. Once I turn off the key and restart , the lights go out. I am suspicious that I might have a broken wire to one of the front hubs. Any thoughts about how to diagonose. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
