2001 Venture Issues

2001 Venture Issues
1st time on this site-so here it goes. I have a 2001 Extended Venture. Recently 2 issues have started to happen.
1: Wiper arms are now in the full upright position when you turn them off. I checked both fuses and they are good.
2: Rear passanger side power vent window has stopped working. The drivers side still works great.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
