Default Crank no start issue

Hey guys new member here, life long Chevy lover. My truck, the ghost, is a 01 Chevy Silverado 2500 hd with roughly 290,000 miles on it. Last service was a month ago, I did the oil change myself. Orig issue was got sum gas that was mostly water. Truck ran bout 5 mins and died. I purged fuel system, replaced fuel pump, fuel filter. Checked plugs and wires. Checked fuel pressure, it's good. All fuses and relays are good. Tested for fire, it's good, tested injectors, good. Truck cranks but no start. Almost starts on ether. ( starts but dies immediately.) Truck is not throwing any codes and I have reset security but no help.Any one have this issue? Anybody got any insight? I'm desperate to get my baby back on the road any help would be awesome. Thanks y'all

Did you clean the gas tank out when you did the fuel pump? Too many parts are made in Asia and don't work properly. I wonder if they even test them before they ship them out?

yes I forgot to say that. But while it was out I rinsed it with clean gas then took some old rags and wiped every inch of the tank that I go l could reach. I just don't get why it won't crank.
