Ok so I’ve been having this issue where my cruise control dosent work. I have a 04 Tahoe that I swapped an 04 5.3 and the suburban computer that went with it recently but I’ve had this issue before I did this swap. So I thought it was my brake switch at first but that did nothing so I took my snap on scanner out and my TCC/Cruise control switch is always saying it’s applied so I went down to the brake switch to the purple wire and the brake switch is working I tracked the purple with to the abs module and I am getting the 12v signal there but I don’t know where to go after that. I’ve looked at the wiring diagram and the tcc/cruise control signal wire is this purple wire that’s why I’m following it but on the diagram it goes from the abs module to the trac control switch which my vehicle didn’t come equipped with but I have the plug behind my dash and then back to the pcm but I don’t know which wire to check at the pcm all I know is it’s the blue plug so I really need some help here please.
