Default New rear break rotors stuck

Recently purchased the duralast gt rotors for my 01 Silverado. Went to put the first rotor on and it wouldn’t go on.I used the lug nuts to apply pressure to the rotor to make it go on and now my rotor won’t spin. What have I done?

Its probably stuck on the park brake shoes. loosen the park brake star wheel. remove the rotor and inspect the park brake shoes for damage.

was the parking brake on? if it wasnt then it would/might have been dragging with the old rotors also and might need to be replaced anyway
