Default changing fog lights 96 camaro

I have a 96 camaro with a burnt out fog light. I havnt had a chance to take a long look at the problem yet but i cant seem to find a way to get the old bulb out and the new bulb in. If someone could give me a push in the right direction that would be great

If you look under the nose of the vehicle, you will see some black plastic rivets where the plastic of the nose curves up into the radiator. Pull those out, and pull the plastic down and you can reach back towards the front of the car to snag the fog lights. Let me know if you need any more help.
