Default Reverse / Backing Wires Question

I’m trying to install a backing camera into a 91 Cavalier. The instructions indicate a Negative Ground wire that is Black and a Positive Reverse Light Wire that is Red.

I know this should be logical but am I to assume (correctly without screwing anything up) that the Positive Reverse Wire in this case is Green?

Probably. If you have a volt ohm meter, check the connector pin to frame ground. That will tell you what it is.

I may have to stop by somewhere and have them check that. I’m pretty sure I have one but can’t recall where at the moment. 🤦🏼‍♀️
