I just bought a 2002 Cavalier Z24 with 25,000 true miles.

Is there any way to change the Automatic bulky/huge Shifter **** to adecent looking one? Or does that only work on 5-Speed?

Hi yes there is you just need to get one for an auto you can get them from summit insted of being sold there is a button on the top

To change the ****, you'll need to pry off the 12345R map, loosen the nut and pull it off. Then you slide the new one on an tighten the set screws with the provided hex key.

 

sorry guy but he has an auto not a man trans so that means nothing to him

 

yeah I overlooked the auto. I realized that just a few minutes ago.

 

i have a manual'02 Z24 cavalier and want to change my shifter ****, can i just buy any generic **** to put on?
