Default A/c not working

I own a 2014 Cruze Diesel. Yesterday my A/ C was working fine blowing cold air into my cabin. After getting out of work this morning, the A/C no longer is blowing cold air into the cabin. When I got home I hooked up an A/C manifold gauge to check to see of my system had lost it's charge. The system had not lost it's charge. But, both the low and the high /side were showing 100 psi instead of the normal readings (45psi low side, 175 psi high side). Could the solenoid that is a part of the a/c compressor have failed and caused the system to stop working? All the interior components are working as they should. My vents are all blowing out air and the control for speed is working as it should. The radiator fan is working to prevent engine overheating and the dashboard SES light is not on. I have yet to hook up a scanner to see if any codes have been set. But, I know that the solenoid in the compressor is an easy remove and replace item. Anyone that has experienced the same circumstance, how did you fix the problem? Appreciate and response or insight on the A/C system failure.

Thank you.

Is the compressor clutch engaged?

the 100 psi you see is static pressure....both high and low sides equalize when the compressor is not running. Most systems need at least 50 psi or the low pressure switch shuts the compressor off.
the compressor uses a clutch to engage the compressor. the clutch is powered by an ac relay. the relay is turned on by the pcm. you should check for codes but you need to check both the pcm and hvac modules for dtc. hvac requires a scan tool that reads body codes.
