Default engine loses power and starts to slow down

U0168code appeared on my scanner. It's saying, replace Vehicle Security control Module. Does anyone know which module is it? Chevy parts guy said, he never heard this security control module.

Trouble codes NEVER tell you to replace something. Can't help you without vehicle info though.

It is a 2016 Chevy Cruze LTZ 1.4L turbocharge engine
After driving a few blocks, all of a sudden, the engine loses power and starts to slow down, but then quickly regains some power, loses power, gains power, etc. After 6 to 8 seconds it starts to run fine.
OBDII scan tool shows the U0168 code and it suggested replacing the vehicle security control module.

Another day after driving a few blocks, the car does the same thing and shuts down. Try to start the car again and it turns off within a few seconds. I waited 5 to 8 minutes then started the car and works fine after.
Please help me with this issue.

I don't think the code is related to your engine problems

A bad fuel pump will do this. But so can a lot of other things.
