Hey everyone, I'm planning on rebuilding a 327 with double hump heads (mainly for educational reasons and practice, but if all goes well, bigger plans are in the future) and was wondering if anybody had some recommendations on rebuild kits to buy. I see some kits from Speedway and Summit going anywhere from about $600-$1,500, but there are more generic kits online that I've seen around the $300-$600 range. I'm not sure which brands to trust and I want to make sure I use some decent parts without breaking the bank, so any help is much appreciated. Are there any specific brands you recommend (or stay away from)? Any tips/tricks you guys can give me before I get started? Thanks in advance!
