I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Just recently if you hit the button in the back handle to lift the lift gate it goes up a third of the way up, it clicks, glass pops and opens and then the lift gate reverses and goes back down. Even when you hit the button on the overhead console it does the same thing. To keep the lift gate open, you have to force it open and then have someone hold it while they are getting whatever they need out of it. Really starting to get annoying. Everywhere I read it's talking about if it's up and starts coming down there is an outlines issues by a chevy bulletin. Can't seem to find anyone with the same issue I'm having. Can anyone help??

 

Does the motor working properly? Or something is jamming on the gear.

 

I have no idea. How do I check that??
