I mean read the O2 sensor signal (before the cat, if you have 2 sensors) to see if the mixture is lean or rich, when the engine runs like crap. Engine needs to be warmed up for it to start working properly. The signal is usually between 200-900mV, 200 being lean and 900 being rich as a rule of thumb.

Hey Zuk, if you drive down to Md. and let MDTAHOE fix it for you next week you could meet me for the next Mud Bog race on the 20th. Just a little more incentive for you.
Did you get vac readings yet? Also I a post a while back you stated you put injector cleaner in all the time, How often and how much? Did you ever try bolting on a different t-body? Do you have a scan tool that shows data?
No i will be getting the Vacuum readings tommorow. I wish I had access to another T-body to try out. Tommorow I will also be cleaning T-body and intake. My scanner does not show live data but I want to get the cable that connects to your laptop from your ECM. I will let you guy's know the results tommorow or sunday. Thank's! Oh and Mudmaniac I wish I could come down and go to the mud bogs and get my truck fixed! How far are you guy's from Michigan?
Actually the only way you would see a vac leak on a vac gauge would be if it was so big you could hear it, like the booster hose. What you can tell from the vac gauge is incorrect valve or ignition timing, incorrect furl mixture (lean) restricted exhaust or internal engine issues.

Ok Mdatahoe, and Gary here are the vacuum test results. At idle it is 20 Hg. IF you slowly push in the throttle and at wide open throttle it raises to 25 HG. If you keep burping the gas it goes down to 5 HG. When going down the road it was at 10 HG and as soon as you pushed the clutch in it would go back up to 20 HG. When my problem came it was at 5 HG and as soon as it smoothed out it was back at 20 Hg. Hope this helps solve my problem thanks guys.
