Default tranny question
hey guy's hoping someone can help me identify this transmission it is a turbo hydramatic still has the small metal tag but not sure which one it is stamped on the bellhousing is a number 47 and HD tried searching the web to no avail if some one could figure this out it would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Look at the trans pan and count the bolts.

this should help...

th350 = 13 bolts on the pan

th400 = 12 bolts on pan

th700 = 16 bolts on pan
