While this model ended its run, it is not uncommon to see them on the road or off, years after production end.

Default Tranny

I have a 92 full size 2 door Blazer Sport. I do not know how common it is to find one of these with a manny tranny from the factory but in any case i have one. My tranny is giving me issues. When i go to shift into 3rd and 4th gear i can not prevent from grinding the gear unless im going real slow when i shift into those gear. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i might be able to fix this problem or if someone knows what the problem is i would greatly appreciate that.
Thanks
Jeremy

jerbremser, i posted 2 the first time u inquired about this problem in General Tech. but u never mentioned that your truck was of a "K" series blazer, my bad 4 ***uming that your truck was of the "S" series, as most people say if they own a K5. doesn't matter, my origional response still applies, but i can't say how bad (weak) the full size manual trany really is. good luck.
