My 97 Malibu has the stock am/fm cassette player. I got sick of having to unlock the thing with a security code anytime I hadto disconnect the battery for maintenance purposes. The dealership disabled it for me but now there is a theft system light on in my instrument cluster that won’t go out. I could not find a fuse obviously labeled to pull. Any idea how to get rid of that light?

for hte 97 if it is dissabled that is proly the cause of the light, the theft is disabled and the car is letting you know..hence the light....the 03 not sure there,
