Default 1992 S-10 Blazer 4.3 starting issue

So my Blazer seemed to be running ok and then one morning would not start. Battery is new and charged, new spark plugs installed and new fuel pump relay installed. Poured some gas into carb and it started and ran for a few seconds until fuel gone. New fuel filter installed and I am getting fuel to it but do not now if pressure from pump is adequate. When turning over fuel does come out fuel line at fuel filter though not sure of pressure. Final note, when issue first developed and I was turning engine over I never smelled fuel as in flooding it. Have tried to disconnect fuel line to carb to see if fuel comes out but currently issue of twisting rigid fuel line and wrecking it so I stopped at that point. What do you think my next steps should be?

If it was my 93 5.7 your description fits a failed ignition control module, runs with gas poured in throttle body but injectors don't pulse

I was thinking next step to find out fuel pressure as fuel inlet to TBI did not seem to flow. I do have some fuel flow at fuel filter location under vehicle though. My OBD reader says “15 coolant temp signal signal voltage low or short circuit” would that ICM module you mentioned show up as that?

Sorry, no idea. ICM is in the distributor; inexpensive part, easy to change. Auto parts store may be able to test it for you.
